Hi

I have Outlook 2007 clients with an Exchange 2003 SP2 mail server.  I am
trying to schedule a meeting, but can't see the Suggested Times Pane.  Does
it need turning on somewhere?

it should be on the far right of the form.

Do you have the navigation calendar on the right? If not, how wide is your
appointment form? Is there anything to the right of the scheduling area?
When the form is too small, the navigation calendar and  suggest times
section is hidden.

There is nothing to the right of the scheduling area and I have maximised
the form and the screen resolution is 1280x1024.

Hi TJ,

I'm using the same version of Outlook as you, and was wondering if you ever
got an answer to your post? I am also looking for this feature - which seems
like it would be a great new feature to use, if I could see it. My screen
shot looks just like yours, so I was wondering if you were ever able to
display the suggested times pane. I would post another question, but there
doesn't seem to be a solution for anyone else who has posted the same
question.

Thanks!

It requires Outlook/Exchange 2007.

Thank you! That explains it!
