I have exchange 2003 with sp2 with Entourage 2004 ver 11.3.3.
Have created a delegate in Entourage, for manager, but when invitation is
sent to manager, delegate of manager's account cannot accept or decline.
Buttons are greyed out (see article
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/842880/en-us).
Is there a workaround for this issue?
Thank you.

Yes, I've gone there and there still is, after almost 2 days, there's no
response to my question.
Guess I'll have to wait longer.
Thank you.
