change number of weeks on calendar in month view to show more appt

Only three appointments will display when I am in month view on high detail.  
I am looking for a way to change that so that I can see more appointment in
the high detail view.

how many you see is dependants on the size of the grid - make the window
higher so the grid is larger (close or rearranging toolbars helps). You can
also view fewer weeks by selecting them in the small navigation calendar.
