Have 3 users that have intermitten problems with meetings dropping off their
calendars. Doesn't matter if the request is from inside or outside. Unable to
recreate the problem. Doesn't matter if the meetings are for inside the
company or just an outsite breakfast meeting. All are using Win XP Pro and
Outlook 2003 SP2. Any help, greatly appreciated.

Do they also use Blackberries or other PDAs?

Sorry - I don't have time this morning for an in depth answer but you may want to post to a Blackberry forum to see what they recommend.  I have seen this question asked here several times but I believe the answers all point to blackberry.
