I have been having problems with my Outlook (2003) freezing / not responding
of late. PC is running on Vista. It has previously worked fine.
Now I cannot open calendar entries to edit them, or add new entries. Any
suggestions please? I am not a tecchie...

Be sure that they don't have more than one instance of outlook in the task
manager processes.
If so two choice:
Do a end processes on all instances of outlook.exe in task manager
or
Restart your PC
