Trouble Syncing Calendar using Outlook connector

I am running Windows XP and am a MSN Premium customer through Verizon. I
have down loaded the outlook connecter and have been able to transfer/sync my
msn e-mail to outlook. However, I cannot seem to syn my outlook calendar.
The events in my Outlook Calendar do not appear on My Msn Calendar and Vise
Versa. Can any one help? thanks.

What reason does the connector say? look on the connector toolbar - the one
button will give the sync status.
