Outlook 2007 User can not see frr/busy information for others

I have a user who is using Outlook 2007. Our backend is an Exchange 2007
environment. All of our Outlook 2003 users when they go to create a meeting
and use the GAL to select attendees, they can see the free/busy information
of our users. Our Outlook 2007 users cannot.

I have researched and all i found are the same questions, but no answers
