We migrated all our Conference rooms from one server to another.  Then we
installed and configured the AA agent.  It returned no errors.  We compared
logs to the other server and all matched up.  We tested that night and it
worked.  Now the AA agent will accept some meetings, decline others, even
though the resource is available.  Has anyone else experienced this?  Any
suggestions?

You might want to post this to microsoft.public.exchange.admin for assistance there as well.
