Can I add clipart (as a watermark) to a calendar date?

Can I add clipart, such as a shamrock on St. Pat's Day, on the calendar in
Outlook 2003?  If so, can I make it a watermark instead of full color?

As far as I can tell, that's not possible.

It seems like there should be a way to make a printed version of the outlook
calendar cute...
Is there a way to export the calendar to Word and add clip-art there?

You can turn your calendar into a Word document, yes.  There are a couple of
templates here:
