I have published my Outlook 2007 calendar and invited someone to subscribe to
it who uses Outlook 2003.  When they attempt to subscribe they get an error
saying "Specified module could not be found".  The path in the error ends in
"webcal~1.dll".

What do I need to do?

I don't think Outlook 2003 can subscribe to Internet calendars - that was a
new function in Outlook 2007.
