Hi
I'm using Outlook 2007 on Windows XP Home.

I started work in January 2008 but my Outlook calendar has most of 2007
listed - there are no appointments or info associated with them. Is there a
way of simply deleting the months up to Jan 2008?

Many thanks

Open Calendar, do View-Current View-All Appointments and just select and
delete the ones you want to.

The calendar in Outlook is infinite (in practice).  You can't delete months
like tearing off pages of a paper calendar.
