did you make a new profile? open outlook using the /cleanviews switch?
how do you know there is a calendar no one can see... since no one can see
it?

We have tried to create a new profile but the problem still remains and no,
I did not use any switches.
As for a second calendar, I don't know if there is one. It is the only thing
that seems to make sense though.

it could be different views on the calendar that is hiding appointments.
Try opening outlook using the /cleanviews switch.

The user in question, this is his information:
Office Outlook 2007 (12.0.6026.5000) MSO (12.0.6026.5000)
Exchange12 SP1
WinXP Pro SP2
He is out of the office for the next few days. Once he returns, I will try
the switch you recommended. After that, I will post what I find out. Thank
you.
