I need to print out monthly a calendar of my appointments from 1/2006 to 8/2007. I didn'tarchive them, but when I tried to print, all of the calendars were blank prior to 8/15/2007. Perhaps you have autoarchiving enabled and it removed your old events. Did you check? If you do, then your events will be in your Archive PST.  SignatureBrian Tillman [MVP-Outlook]
