I am writing on behalf of one of my colleagues.

According to my colleague, in older versions of Outlook for the Mac, you
were able to send a reminder to those invited to a meeting request and hadn't
replied.  This message went out to only went out to those who hadn't
responded.  In Office 2003 and 2007 we are not showing this as possible.  Are
we missing something or is this an ability that was lost?  Was this a mac
specific ability?

it was a  feature only found in mac - it was never in outlook.
