Hi all
Our company uses Outlook for meeting scheduling, but we use a phone carrier
for voice. We're now increasing working with Shanghai, so realistically we
only have a couple of hours at the end of the day when we can conference.
I’ve researched various Outlook add-ins, but none appear to solve the problem
of conference number clashes. With only a couple of MCI conf numbers
available to our group, it’s not unusual to set up a call only to find a
conference already in progress. Of course we could maintain a list of planned
calls on a server, maybe Sharepoint, but this is far from ideal. It would be
great if an Add-in was smart enough to know that if one meeting is using a
conference number, another meeting at the same time cannot be scheduled with
the same number. This must be a common problem – has anyone come across a
solution?
Thanks!
Pete

You are using exchange server? Set up a mailbox as a resource for each
