Ran "detect & repair" when I was unable to get online.

When finished a set-up screen appeared so I filled it in. Now I have lost my
appointments through Dec., all contact information and e mails.

Searched computer for .pst file - downloaded and ran 2 "outlook recovery"
programs to no avail.

Microsoft won't help because its Dell software, Dell wants $239.00 with no
garentees.

My online backup system does not have the files. PLEASE, can anyone help me?
