Hi all,

We are on Exchange and we have several users that send out meeting requests.
In the meeting requests several people are invited (once, important for
later). The invitees receive the request and accept. When the organizer looks
at the appointment and requests, there are multiple entries for some of the
invitees but not all. Has anyone else experienced this and how can it be
resolved?

thank you!

Do the recipients have delegates set to receive meeting requests on their behalf?

No, this recipient does not have any delegates set up to receive meeting
requests. Do you have any other ideas?
