How do I e-mail a calendar to someone that i can edit

I have finally figured out how to e-mail a calendar in outlook professional
2003 as a web page. however, is there a way to e-mail a calendar to someone
that we can both edit and send back and forth to each other?

Not really in outlook, but you could "Export and Import" sections of
your Calendar and swap that way.
