Hi, I have a user's workstation running Outlook 2003, SP3 connecting
to an Exchange Server 2003(6.5), SP2.  Every day or two the user will
go to add an event to his calendar and he will be unable create any
new events.  No error messages. the calendar just will not respond.
Other than that Outlook seems to function fine.  After the user
reboots he can then add events to his calendar again.

I have completely uninstalled Office from his system and reinstalled
it.  Nobody else connecting to the Exchange server has this problem.
I've looked all over TechNet and news groups and cannot find anything
that gives me any clues.  Anybody have any suggestions?

Thanks,
John

Has this user tried clearing the forms cache?  Tools->Options->Other->Advanced->Custom Forms->Manage Forms->Clear Cache.

Hi Milly, thanks for the reply.  I cleared the user's form cache this
morning.  So far all is well.  I'll post back if the problem happens
again.  Thanks, John
