print subject line as header

login to company exchange server used to give choice between "basic" and
"premium", but is now "premium" without me choosing.
apointments used to print with subject line as the header when in "basic"
mode.
who/how can change this back to basic mode?

Best asked in an Exchange group as Outlook Web Access is a part of Exchange, not Outlook.  I would start in the Admin group.
