Frustration changing time of recurring appointment

I've set a recurring appointment at 3 am instead of 3 pm.Nothing I do
will change it to 3pm. Every time I save the changes it's still there
at 3am, whether I edit the series in the Recurring Appointment window
or edit the single occurrance and set it to reccur at the new time.

If you really changed the series and saved the changes, the view could be
corrupt Try resetting the view.
