I have some clients that are loosing one hour when scheduling meetings.  This
starting happening after the time change.  The clients are XP Pro SP2 w/MSOS
2000/3.   It appears with the clients that have XP Pro SP2 w/MSOS 2007 are
fine.  I applied the service patch when the government change the original
time change over a year and a half ago.  Any ideas/suggestions?

One of the PCs or servers in the mix must not have the correct DST settings,
either in the Windows clock or in the Outlook calendar.
