Appointments shown as busy

I've started sharing a calender with a colleague (both using Outlook 2007 but
no server).
The other person can only see the appointments as busy not what the
appointment is.
Is there a way to change this so that my colleague can actually see what the
appointment is?
Thanks

Can you step me through your process of sharing?  Without using a server
makes it tough to understand what method you are using to share your calendar.

Hi

Thanks for the reply - sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

I'm sharing using publish may calendar, I seem to have sorted it out though.
When you are setting it up I didn't realise there was a drop down menu which
changed the level of detail available to the other person.

Thanks
Tom
