This was from owa.SERVER.com and I am not sure why when I alter a calendar
request in OWA that I get this, I want to add non SERVER.com users, which is
not a problem, I don't believe.  I can invite and update from my POP account
with another company / server, so it's strange that I can't do the same from
this system.
