When I synced my iphone to Outlook 2007 the appointments in iphone are
correct but on Outlook they all show 4 hours behind. I already checked the
time zones everywhere and they are correct. Any suggestions?

Are you sure you checked all your time zones? It sure sounds like
something is not as it should be.

Check your machine: Start, Control Panel, Date and Time.
Outlook: Tools, Options, Calendar Options, Time Zone... button.
Your iphone: Not sure, but you should be able to check.

Be sure to look for DST settings (Daylight Savings Time). You may
need to adjust for this depending on your location.
