Can someone please help me out. I need to  Prohibit Meeting invitees from
forwarding a meeting in Outlook 2007. I scheduled a private meeting with 4
people and some invitees forwarded and inted more guest. Which the VP of the
company was very upset about. Any suggestions?

I don't believe that's possible unless you're using Exchange on Windows
Server 2003 with Rights Management software.

I'll say it flat-out, then.  It is not possible to prevent someone from
forwarding a meeting unless the conditions I stated obtain.
