How can I move an appointment made in a Public Folder to a Personal Folder
(without the obvious copy/paste)?
What I need is a Calendar open to all with links to a public Contacts
Folder, but that can remind us of appointments.

Hi Val

How about you explain the situation without prescribing a solution and let
someone here suggest how to meet your needs.  What do you need to be able to
do?

Also tell us what version of Outlook you have.

Regards
