Hello,

We have a CRM system that stores appointments and tasks.  We would like to
take the appointments and tasks that were already entered into Outlook and
migrate them into the CRM.  Is this possible?  Should we first export the
appts/tasks into Excel and use this file to download into the CRM system?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Nyla

unless the CRM app can accept items directly from outlook, you'll need to
export in a format the CRM app can import.

Thank you very much, Diane.  Is there a particular format that you know of
that is not supported in Outlook?
