Why do my notes disappear after the meeting time lapses?

When I set up a meeting, I add the agenda in the notes area of the meeting
screen.  In previous versions, I could go back to any date and review those
agenda's.  We just loaded Professional 2007 and now my notes are deleted
after the meeting time ends.  The only thing that will stay is an attachment.
Is there a way to set it to not delete my agenda?

Outlook doesn't delete them but something else may be. Are these recurring
meetings? Do you sync with a PDA or other device?

Thank you for responding.  Yes they are a recurring meeting.  When I add the
information I open "this meeting only".  I have sync'd with my PDA - however
I have not done that in several weeks and it is still happening so I do not
feel it is related to that type of action.
