When adding an additional Exchange mailbox to my Outlook 2007 profile,
sometimes a mailboxes will generate 2 checkbox entries (duplicate entries)
under "My Calendars" pane. Selecting the checkbox in the duplicate entry will
also check the box in the first entry, however checking the box in the first
entry will not check the box in the second entry. The mailbox calendar will
display only once regardless if one or both checkboxes are selected. Outlook
does not offer the option to remove these calendar shortcuts. How do i remove
the duplicate entry?

you'll need to start outlook using the /resetnavpane switch.

That appears to have removed the duplicate calendar entry. Thanks!
