recieving lotus notes appointments into outlook

I often get invitations to meetings from customers that
use lotus notes for calandering.

but their invitations come is as regular e-mail messages

how do I get outlook to recognise them as invitaions so
that I can accept or decline

Ask the Notes uses if they can send you a meeting request as an iCalendar
item.
