I received a call from D... today regarding a meeting
request I had sent her.

1.  She received 4 copies.....one request from me, one
from B, one from J, and one from K (all secretaries).  
She was confused as to whether in fact there were four
meetings.

2.  I know that our Admin Share creates problems for us
here. (ie. numerous messages), but I do not understand
why D... would receive more than one meeting request.

3.  The meeting request was made from Je's(Boss)calendar.
