Have been using Outlook 2003 Calendar in an office
setting for about 3 months.  Only using one calendar
(i.e. user)as there is only one individual scheduling
appointments.  We also synchronize the calendar to a Palm
handheld w/o problems on a daily basis.  However, this
morning the "pop-up" reminders have suddenly stopped
working.

We get the following error message when starting up the
Outlook calendar:  'There was a problem reading one or
more of your reminders.  Some reminders may not appear.
Cannot locate recurrence information for this
appointment.'

Please help!!  This is used in a doctor's office and we
really need to get it working again.  Thank you.  :)

PS to message:  Have tried starting the Outlook 2003
calendar using the /CleanReminders switch and get the
following message:

'Cannot start the reminder service.  Unable to show
reminders'

It sounds like your synching software corrupted the Outlook Reminders
folder. See if starting Outlook with the /resetfolders switch enables
you to get the reminder service running again.

I'd also make sure that you have the latest version of your PDA synch
software.
