I want to synchronize the Calender from the Exchange
server mailbox to my personal folder calender.

Only the mails are now transferred automatically.
The only way now is to make a copy of the calender and
paste it over the personal folder calender.

I still need the exchange calender though as my collegues
put important items there.

I travel alot, so it would be nice to synchronize my
calender.

Thanks

This type of synchronization is not built into Outlook. See
http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/sync.htm for possible solutions.

Since you travel, you may be better off configuring youir system to use
offline folders.
