Hi!

I was wondering if anybody knows how to make Outlook with help of
Macro I suppose save Calendar entry automatically to a file, for
example Word.

What I mean is that I use Outlook 2002 and put entries in it every
day, I would like to save these entries by each individual that is in
it. FOr example I save the files by peoples name with whom I work and
then I charge them for their hours. Example:
Bob SMith - 4 hrs Tuesday 7 Nov
Jack Jones - 1 Hours Mon 1 Dec
Bob Smith - 3 hrs 1 Jan

etc...

Can anybody help me?

regards

nsund

You might want to take a look at the Word calendar templates at
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar.htm#print. These show how to
interate the Calendar folder and build a table from appointment items.
Instead of building a table that looks like a calendar, you could
conceivably adapt the code to build a table that looks like an invoice. For
more information on custom reports from Outlook, see
http://www.slipstick.com/dev/customprint.htm
