We have added a Calendar under the All Public Folders.  We
are wanting to use this for our company so everyone can
reserve a time for pool vehicle usage.  My question is
there anyway to have a possible value list showing the
vehicles in the pool and when you select one it will
prompt if that one is already in use?  We are using
Outlook 2000 if that helps.

Thanks,
Paula

It might be done with a custom appointment form and custom programming, but
there is nothing built in to handle this.
