Where are my filters located?

Hello, I have had to replace my hard drive.  No tedious task.
And now I am desperately trying to import my filter (rules)
from my old outlook account which is now on a different
drive.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You did not mention version of Outlook being used by you. Anyway, below are
