How can you change the time stamp from standard to
Military Time

Right click on the row of header names and choose customize or format
columns and select a format. If 24hr time is not an option, you'll need to
change it in the window's control panel regional settings applet.

I use 24 hour clock (you call it Military) in everything, I frankly don't understand the obsession with the stupid a.m. & p.m., but that's another story.
Set it up in the Control Panel/ Regional Settings.
