Deleted recurrence keeps poping up as an reminder

I've deleted a reocurrence however it keeps poping up and
giving me a reminder. Any help would be great!

Try opening Outlook using the ".../CleanReminders" switch. The
link(s) below will give you the instructions on how to use it.

/CleanReminders - Cleans and regenerates reminders.
