Is there a way to mark a meeting or appointment complete
so that it saves a record in the Business Contact Manager
file, but removes it from the calendar?  Instead of
deleting the meeting or appointment.  Basically is there
a way to mark a meeting complete like a task?

Any suggestions woudl be helpful

Outlook has no concept of completed meetings. However, if BCM already has a
history record for it, you can delete the appointment, because BCM keeps the
history in its database. TEST FIRST to make sure that BCM really is keeping
all the information you want to retain about the appointment. Note that BCM
does not save attachments.
