Trying to invite personal, through the Global address book
and it only lets you invite people for Feduary and March,
but not over 2 months ahead.  It comes up that the
indiviual is not available for the choice you are trying
to select.  You can do it for a month ahead, like in
March, but not in April.  It show's hash marks through the
name when trying to add in April.  Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Chris

You will need to set their free/busy information out to 12 months. It is 2
months by default.

Chris,

Just to add to Milly's comment, you can push out this setting via group
policy to make it easy on you and to enforce the setting. The ORK as the
.adm files in the Core Tools download.

Hope this helps.
