I use my calendar and contacts to schedule all the jobs that run though my company.  All are set as apointments and all run multiple days.  Basically I'm tracking my projects.  I would like to have this "main" calendar available to a number of people... I'm using a remote exchange server through 123together.com.  I can have public contacts and public calendar. But, when I select a contact (public) and attempt to setup a new apointment...outlook sets it in my personal calendar.  I need to be able to have everyone using the same set of contacts and one same calendar.

Instead of using Save and Close to save the appointment, use File | Move to
Folder.
