Hi NG,

I am searching on howto turn off auto processing meeting request so that
they are automatically inserted as tentative bookings in the calendar. I
have learned that some people think it is a feature (and maybe the
programmer/MS thinks it is one) but some of our customers don't want that
feature. So how can I turn it off? I only want this to be turned off.

okay, thx in advance...

Bjoern,

To turn off this feature, please do the following steps:

1. On the Tools menu click Options
2. Click E-mail Options
3. Click Tracking Options
4. Clear the checkbox for "Process requests and responses on arrival"

Hope this helps.
