"Slipstick" site has a great calendar printer that
is a Word template:

This is a template file. You can just open it by
double clicking it (this will open it up in Word).
If your Security is set too high in Word you may
have to lower it to run it.

   Open Word
   Select the TOOLS menu
   Select MACRO
   Select SECURITY...
   Set to MEDIUM or LOW

Then open Outlook
Select your Calendar folder
Open the MY OUTLOOK CALENDAR template

If the macro still doesn't run immediately, look for
a button on your Word Toolbar called RESTART
Press it and wait a few seconds...

I'm trying to print the weekly calendar and it works OK--UNTIL I have more
entries than will fit in the day of the week, such as on weekends.  Then it
says "More Items..." but the "more items" don't print anywhere.  Is there a
way of getting the "more iems" to print even if it's on a separate page?
If only the days with fewer entries would move up and allow for expansion on
the days with more entries, it would fit fine on one page!  Where and how
can you edit the format of the calendar?  For instance, if the heading was
not there, it would let more room for the days of the week, and I don't
really need the heading.  Please EM me because I don't get much chance to
get back to these boards.
