Sharing Calernder problem

Hello all,

I have a calender which is being sheared from another
user, I can add to this calender, but neither of us can
set reminders that will remind us of when a meeting or
event is happening, we get the following error message:
"The reminder will not appear because the item is not is
your calender or tasks folder. Is this OK?"

What we want to happen is that whoever adds something
onto this calender can easily set up a reminder, that
will pop up on both computers at the time of the event.

Hi Peter,

You must be using your default calendar folder for reminders to fire. If
your delivery is set to another location or if this is a sub-folder,
reminders will not fire.

To add this ability, see the following page for a 3rd party add-in that may
help:
