Simple question - but confused about how to connect
computers in my office to one another so that calendar
events can be viewed & shared by all. They PC's are
connected on a network, not a server.  How should I go
about setting this up?

Nothing is built into Outlook 2002 or later for peer-to-peer sharing, except
for Internet free/busy times. See
http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/share.htm#other for available third-party
methods.
