We use Outlook 2002, and share one main calendar for
secretaries to make and edit appointments.

On one of the secretaries machines, whenever she
schedules an appointment, it shows up an hour later on
everyone else's Outlook.

For example, if she were to schedule a meeting for today
at 3:00 pm, it will show up as 4:00 pm on everone else's
calendar view.

Note: Only one calendar is being used, and shared via
Outlook.

Please help.

Make sure the secretary has the correct timezone configured.
