Actually, my defauly reminder is set to 30 minutes, but
all meetings start with an 18 hour reminder time. Any
idea why this will not change? I tried changing it under
tools/options, but no matter what I change it to, it
still comes up as 18 hours.
Ideas?

18 hours is the default for all-day events and cannot be changed.

I have the same issue and it's not just happening on all day
appointments. All standard meeting requests are defaulting to 18
hours. It should be 15 minutes.

I have not been able to find a reply to this last posting
on the message board.  Does anyone know if this has been
resolved?

I also have the same issue where the default is 18 hours
on all standard meetings as well.
