When I try to open multiple calendars, the second
calendar won't open and get the above message. If I close
Outlook and open it again, pick the second calendard
(first) then a different calendar, same message as above.
It acts like I can only view one calendar at a time and
makes me exit out and re-enter Outlook to view a
different calendar.
I've performed scanpst, created/deleted profiles, created
new personal folders but the problem persists.
Any ideas?

I also am having a very similar problem. My operating
Environment:
- Server: MS Exch2K running on Win2K Server
- Client: MS Outlook 2003
Situation: I have shared 6 user calendars; when I open
Outlook 2003, I can open any one (1) of them initially.
However, any attempt to open any of the other shared gets
this error message: "The Calendar folder could not be
found." A right click | Properties selection on the shared
calendar gets the following error: "Can't display folder
properties." The only workaround is to completely exit
Outlook 2003 and then open another shared user's calendar.
However, probably 1 times out of 5 I can actually open up
all shared calendars - so although I can replicate the
problem _most_ of the time, it works on occasion.
Thanks

We are having this same problem. We are running Office 2003 on Exchange
2003. I have three users who have reported this problem and it appears to
occur randomly with not the same calendars affected each time. Like the
other two postings the only work around we've found to-date is to close
Outlook and re-open the app. If anyone has an idea as to the cause and an
actual resolution please comment.

We found that deleting the .ost file solved the problem but only
temporarily. Not all users were experiencing this problem. We had to move
the users mailbox to the original mailbox store on the Exchange server and
now it seems to working fine without any problems.
