Hi all,
In Outlook 97 there was a way of sync'ing calender items as emails between
two or more people. I have tried to find this function is Office XP and
cannot find where to do it at all. Basically we do not want to use exchange
server as there are only three people working from a home based business.
Any help greatfully received.

Nope. You need Exchange. We host an Exchange server as do others.
